Meeting for a design visit one-on-one in order to fully understand your requirements, make a measured survey and discuss your plans with you in depth to start the design experience. We advise you on potential construction issues, planning policies.

What is delivered?
Initial design drawings include: a site plan, envisioning your future floor plans, building elevations, and building sections and exteriors in relation to the existing and adjacent properties. These drawings also can be used as a blueprint to develop further all the way to a finished building that will guide you through the process. In application for planning permission might be made at the end of concept design stage.

We will advise you on requirements, collating information and producing the necessary detailed drawings before submitting the application.

Our Planning application service includes;
Initial site visit, including Measured and photographic surveys. Production of plans and elevations. Sign off approved drawings with client. Submit drawings to Local Authority, Planning Department. Production of sections and detailed drawings. Submit to Local Authority, Building Control. Plans/sections amended if required.
Two complete sets of approved drawings issued to client.

When the concept design is certain, we develop the drawing of the floor plans, sections, and all building elements in both CAD and BIM based modelling softwares. This stage is also about deciding and offering materials, inside and out like walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
