While the preliminary design for the mall bears the signature of Loft Architects, all application projects and detail drawings were carried out by NTT Architects (former limited company, partly run by Ozan Ozyigit).The total surface of the five-storey building is 38,600 m2 and includes shops, cinemas, fast-food court, a hypermarket, a playground and a multi-storey carpark.
