The pre-design for the Novosibirsk mall belongs to Loft Architects, and all application projects together with detail drawings were prepared by NTT Architects (former limited company, partly run by Ozan Ozyigit).The total surface of the four-storey mall is 49,000 m2 and it includes shops, cinemas, food court, playground area, cinemas and a carpark.
